Brahmos Missile: The BrahMos missile was fired on 9 March 2022 within the Pakistan border, which was said to have happened by mistake. Now the Air Force has dismissed three officers in this case.
Brahmos Missile: A missile was accidentally fired from India on 9 March 2022. This missile had fallen in the Punjab province of Pakistan, it was Brahmos Missile. In the case of that incident, the Court of Inquiry was formed to know the cause of the incident and to fix its responsibility.
In whose investigation it has been found that this mistake was caused by three officers. The incident took place due to negligence in Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) by these three officers. Because of this, the Air Force has dismissed a Group Captain, a Wing Commander and a Squadron Leader.
Indian Air Force gave information
The Indian Air Force has informed that the Central Government has dismissed these three officers from the job with immediate effect. On Tuesday 23 August 2022, orders have been given to sack him from the job. These three officers have been mainly held responsible for the BrahMos missile misfiring incident on 9 March 2022. Their services have been terminated by the Central Government with immediate effect. The officers have been ordered to be dismissed today, August 23.
India had said that the missile fell by mistake
Let us tell you that on March 9, a missile was accidentally fired from India and this missile fell in the Punjab province of Pakistan. The then PM Imran Khan had tried to defame India by raising this issue at the international level.
This missile from Sirsa in Haryana had fallen in Mian Channu of Pakistan. There was no loss of life or property due to this empty missile that fell inside 124 km of Pakistan. But, the then PM Imran Khan and Qamar Javed Bajwa started remembering the surgical strike carried out by India from 28 to 29 September 2016. Taking action, Pakistani Army Chief Qamar Javed Bajwa sacked three top Air Force officers.

BrahMos is a supsonic cruise missile. It can be launched from submarine, ship or fighter aircraft. Due to flying at low altitude, it is not caught by the radar. BrahMos is counted among the most dangerous missiles of the 21st century. This missile can destroy enemy positions at a speed of 4300 km per hour.
