Mafia Mukhtar Ansari Found Guilty: Mafia Mukhtar Ansari’s troubles have increased. On Thursday, the MP-MLA court of Ghazipur has declared Mukhtar Ansari guilty in the Gangster Act case. The court will announce the punishment against former MLA Mukhtar Ansari on Friday. Actually, the case in which Mukhtar has been convicted is related to murder and attempt to murder.
Kapildev Singh was murdered in Karanda police station area in 2009. Whereas in 2009 itself, Mir Hasan of Muhammadabad police station area had filed a case of attempt to murder against Mukhtar Ansari. In 2010, a gang chart was made by combining both the cases and a gangster case was registered against Mukhtar Ansari in Karanda police station. Ghazipur’s MP-MLA court made Mukhtar Ansari an accused in the gangster case after the murder of Kapildev Singh in 2009 and the case filed by Mir Hasan. Mukhtar has been acquitted earlier in both the cases. But now the court has convicted him. Earlier, on October 14, ED had seized some properties of Mukhtar Ansari located in Ghazipur and Mau under the Money Laundering Act.
Story of Kapil Dev Singh
Actually, after retiring from teaching, Kapil Dev Singh lived in Suapur village of Karanda police station area. Due to his good behavior and simplicity, he was quite popular among the people. After retiring from the profession of teacher, he was living his life comfortably with his family.
Then in the year 2009, the police took action of attachment on the house of a powerful person in the village. When there was a need to prepare a list of common witnesses and seized items, someone suggested calling Kapil Dev Singh. On the request of the police, he reached there and also cooperated with the police in making the list.
Murder done under planning
But due to his arrival, the Dabang family felt that he was in collusion with the police and had informed. After this, he was murdered with complete planning. When this incident happened, Mukhtar Ansari was operating his gang from jail. In the year 2009 itself, a case of attempt to murder was filed against Mukhtar by a person named Mir Hasan.
In the Kapil Dev murder case, initially Mukhtar’s name was not in the police FIR. But when evidence was found later, his name was included. Mukhtar has been acquitted in the Kapildev murder case. But he has been convicted in the Gangster Act case. Now the court will announce the punishment on Friday.
