This case is related to Kapildev Singh murder case. On October 26, the MP-MLA court had convicted mafia Mukhtar Ansari in a gangster-related case. This matter is of the year 2010. At that time, a case under Gangster Act was registered against Mukhtar Ansari in Karanda police station. Mukhtar was included in the gang chart of Ansari case.
It is noteworthy that the Kapildev Singh murder case had created a stir in the entire Uttar Pradesh. This massacre took place in the year 2009. In the year 2010, an FIR was registered against Mukhtar Ansari under the Gangster Act for this murder. According to the information, Kapildev Singh was a teacher. He lived in Suapur village of Karanda police station area. People respected him because of his clean image. When he retired, he started living in the village.

It is said that in the year 2009, a criminal lived in Suapur village. The district administration had attached his house at that time. Kapildev Singh had made a list of the items present in the house during the attachment. He had made this list at the behest of the police. During this time, the criminal felt that Kapildev Singh was in collusion with the police. He is the one who has informed about it. Due to this suspicion, the accused killed Kapildevs Singh.

Let us tell you, earlier on October 14, ED had seized some properties of Mukhtar Ansari located in Ghazipur and Mau under the Money Laundering Act. Mukhtar Ansari’s bail application was also heard in Allahabad High Court. Apart from these, Mukhtar Ansari has also been sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of Awadhesh Rai, brother of Congress leader Ajay Rai.
He has filed an application against this punishment. After this, Allahabad High Court has summoned the records of the lower court. In the petition, the decision of the lower court has been challenged and an appeal has been made to cancel the sentence.
