SSC Recruitment 2022: The vacant posts of Stenographer Grade C and Stenographer Grade D are in the Ministries/Departments/Organizations of the Central Government including their attached and subordinate offices located in different states and union territories across the country.

SSC Recruitment 2022: Staff Selection Commission, SSC has released the official notification for SSC Stenographer C & D Exam 2022. As per the official notification, the registration process for the same will start from today, August 20, 2022 and the last date to register is September 5, 2022. Interested and eligible candidates are requested to visit the official website, i.e. ssc.nic.in to register themselves for the same.

The vacant posts of Stenographer Grade C and Stenographer Grade D are in the Ministries/Departments/Organizations of the Central Government including their attached and subordinate offices located in different States and Union Territories across the country. Talking about the application fee, candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs 100. Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Persons with Disabilities (PWD) and Ex-Servicemen (ESM) are exempted from payment.

Talking about the age limit, then the age of the candidate for Stenographer Grade C should be at least 18 years. And the maximum age limit has been kept at 30 years. For Stenographer Grade D, the candidate’s age should be at least 18 years. And the maximum age limit has been kept at 27 years. The age of the candidates will be calculated from January 1, 2022.

Talking about studies, candidates should have passed 12th class or equivalent examination from a recognized board or university. SSC Stenographer Recruitment Exam will be Open Competitive Computer Based, which will be held in November 2022. Only those candidates are eligible to apply for the post of Steno in the Ministry / Department / Organization of the Government of India who have skill in stenography. Although the information about the vacant posts has not been given yet, the Commission (SSC) will give information about the vacant posts on its website in due course.
