He said, “New test on Instagram. We’ve started testing a new way to invite friends to join your feed posts. “Before posting, you can allow your followers to submit photos and/or videos, which you can then accept to add to the post.”
Photos and videos will have to be accepted before adding them.
When you’re posting photos to your profile, Instagram will give you the option to submit photos and videos to the followers you want to add. These photos or videos will not be automatically added to your post. You must approve each photo and video before adding it.

In the screenshot of the feature shared by Mosseri, there will be an Add To Post button in the lower-left corner of the feature. Meanwhile, Instagram is testing a new feature that will let users update their profile picture with a short or looping video in Notes.
Users will be able to update their default profile photo in Notes
According to news agency IANS, Mosseri said, “Soon, people will be able to update their default profile photo in Notes with a short, looping video. You’ll still be able to share an idea via text along with video. If you start watching the video in Notes, let us know what you think.”
According to the demo video, when users start creating a note, a new camera icon will be present on the profile photo. From that icon they can record a video to post on Notes.
