“We will start from day one, and we want to reduce the number of employees by 50 percent by the end of the first year,” Ramaswamy was quoted as saying. He said, it should be kept in mind that 30 percent of these employees will reach retirement age in the next five years. Therefore it is justified. There is no doubt about this.
